IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

What role you will play in team: Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and high availability.

What you will do: Troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues, monitor systems, provide technical support, and maintain documentation.

Key responsibility:

• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage).
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.

• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
• Experience with server administration (Windows, Linux).
• Understanding of IT security best practices.
