We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Lead Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will be:

• Act as the senior leader and overall service owner of the Procurement data and analytics technology team for HSBC
• Deliver initiatives and book of work including:
• Design, development and implementation of CTB initiatives
• Maintain service delivery of the
• Own the procurement data and analytics technology roadmap
• Own the end to end design and implementation of procurement data assets to the google cloud platform (DBS refinery
  
• Support the analytics initiatives including the gen AI platform running proof of concepts, and production pilots
• Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure high performance and robust/resilient service delivery
• Manage production support and infrastructure to be aligned to allow for resilience, control and high quality performance of systems and processes.
• Manage all spend in line with technology RTB and CTB budgets.
• Ensure all audit findings are effectively addressed with no repeat high risk findings between audits.
• Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand and values.
• Remain current on data, digital and emerging trends affecting the Financial Services industry

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• An experienced technology leader with a track record of on time delivery and innovation.
• Knowledge of procurement data assets and use cases.
• Ability to manage and innovate in a global setting across a fragmented estate.

• Track record of DevOps and Agile adoption and optimisation.
• Excellent written skills with ability to express complex topics and problems effectively.

• Ability to coach and mentor developers
