Product Manager, Mobile Banking

What role you will play in team: You'll be a core member of our mobile banking team, defining and delivering features that enhance the customer experience and drive user engagement.

What you will do: Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop and launch new mobile banking features. You'll analyze user data, conduct market research, and prioritize features based on business needs and user feedback.

Key responsibility:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile banking features.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Develop and maintain detailed product specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• 
  Analyze user data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and user needs.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in product management, ideally within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
