What role you will play in team: You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key responsibility:

• Monitoring and interpreting regulatory changes and their impact on the bank.
• Conducting compliance reviews to assess adherence to regulations and internal policies.
• Developing and delivering compliance training programs for employees.
• Preparing reports on compliance activities and findings.
• 
  Working with other departments to address compliance issues.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Supporting audits and regulatory examinations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
