Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will support the retail lending team in managing the loan origination process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with bank regulations.
What you will do: You will assist with the documentation of loan applications, liaise with customers, and ensure all necessary paperwork is correctly processed and filed.
Key responsibility:
- Assist in the preparation of loan documentation.
- Process loan applications according to bank policies and procedures.
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and provide updates on their loan applications.
- Verify customer information and ensure the accuracy of loan documents.
- Maintain accurate records of loan applications and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations.
- Support the team in meeting targets for loan origination.
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or risks associated with loan applications.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail banking or lending.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.
