What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What you will do: This includes conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation plans, and monitoring key risk indicators.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Developing risk mitigation plans to address identified risks.
• Monitoring key risk indicators (KRIs) to track the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts.
• Preparing reports on risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective risk management.
  
• Staying abreast of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Developing and maintaining risk management policies and procedures.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO).
