Job Description
Skills Required:
Looking for candidates with 4+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development.
Technical Domain experience with FI (Travel, GCS, Asset Module, General Ledger, Special Purpose Ledger), Controlling, Budgeting, and Funds Management and Materials Management modules of SAP or equivalent.
A sound knowledge of SAP or ERP Applications is a plus.
Extensive experience in conducting business and data analysis for an Informatica Data Quality and/or MDM implementation
Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, defining test cases, and providing user training and support.
Extensive experience with various system development lifecycle methodologies and tailoring the artifacts to those methodologies.
Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
Knowledge of ITIL, service, and process management.
Certifications such as IIBA, ITIL Foundation, etc.
Knowledge and experience in COTS implementation as BA/BSA on COTS projects.
- Experience with implementing information security processes, experience with an IT Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) tool such as RSAM, Archer.
Experience in project management.
Knowledge of business analysis best practices (such as BABOK) and ability to effectively apply them.

Advanced knowledge of specific business areas, processes, workflows, standards, and business practices.
Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills.
Strong communication skills and hands on experience in analyzing user requirements and writing technical specifications.
