Job Description
- We are looking for candidates who will be working as a Demand Generation Specialist. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, conducting web research on publicly available domains, setting up appointments with prospects, and meeting internal quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Following communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identifying customers" needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
- Building sustainable relationships and engaging clients by going the extra mile
- Keeping records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible manner
- Frequently attending in-house educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meeting personal/team quality and quantity targets
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Minimum 1+ years of international calling experience
- Strong phone, verbal communication skills, and active listening skills
- Client focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
