Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution:

• Oversee the execution of construction projects from the initial planning stages to project completion.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including civil work, structural work, and interior finishes.

1. Residential Projects:

• Manage and monitor residential construction projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to meet project goals.
• Resolve construction-related issues to maintain project progress and quality.

1. Layout Management

• Plan and manage the layout of construction sites, including earthworks, utilities, and access roads.
• Ensure compliance with layout design and specifications.
• Coordinate with surveyors and designers to make necessary adjustments.

1. Quality Control:

• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure workmanship and materials meet industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify and address quality issues.

1. Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure that construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
