Job Description

Role: Sales & Outreach Intern

Company: Hubcredo

Location: Remote (India)

Duration: 3 Months (After 3 months internship, you will get converted to a full time)

Stipend: ?15,000 ?20,000/month

Timings: 8 hours/day (5 PM to 2 AM)

Start Date: Immediate

About HubcredoHubcredo is a B2B AI-driven lead generation, sales, and marketing acceleration agency that powers GTM growth for global startups. We use AI-driven systems, smart data workflows, and multi-channel outreach to help companies scale faster.

What Youll DoAs a Sales & Outreach Intern, youll support HubCredos growth initiatives through client outreach, campaign execution, and creative follow-ups combining sales strategy with effective communication and content writing.

Youll succeed in this role if you have a knack for sales, strong communication skills, and a go-getter attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct calling and follow-ups with clients and prospects. This is a major requirement.
  • Assist in running and monitoring lead generation and outreach campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Create and write short, engaging content for outreach and client communication.
  • Draft follow-up emails, LinkedIn messages, and outreach templates.
  • Take initiative to identify areas of improvement and suggest proactive actions.
  • Track campaign performance and provide regular reports.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency a must).

  • Basic understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, or client communication.
  • Strong learning mindset and ability to take ownership.
  • Interest in sales, marketing, and automation tools.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in calling, CRM tools and content writing.

Who Can Apply

  • Recent graduates (Students still in college, please do not apply)
  • Available to commit full-time for 3 months and after that if given full-time offer then join
  • Willing to work 8 hours/day (divided into two 4-hour slots, morning and evening, some overlap with USA time zone)
  • It is a remote opportunity, so a good laptop and internet speed at your place is must.
