Executive Director - Operations

Description: The Executive Director Operations will be responsible for leading and transforming end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, logistics and service delivery. This role will drive operational excellence, cost optimization, scalability, governance and execution rigor while aligning operations with the companys long-term strategic and financial objectives. The incumbent will work closely with the CEO, Board and senior leadership to enable sustainable growth, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership for all operational functions including manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehousing and distribution
- Design and execute operational strategy aligned with business growth, profitability and service goals
- Drive productivity improvement, cost optimization, capacity planning and operational scalability
- Lead large multi-location teams and build strong second-line leadership
- Ensure robust SOPs, governance frameworks, compliance, risk management and quality standards
- Oversee CapEx planning, automation, digitization and operational transformation initiatives
- Monitor KPIs, operational dashboards and performance reviews with strong execution discipline
- Partner with commercial, finance, HR and technology teams to enable seamless business outcomes
- Manage vendor ecosystems, strategic sourcing and long-term partnerships
- Represent operations at Board and leadership forums with data-driven insights
