Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to manage and facilitate healthcare services for domestic and international patients. The ideal candidate should have a medical background, strong networking skills in hospitals and medical tourism sectors, and preferably an MBA in healthcare management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Coordination and Networking Activities:

Coordinate, network, and interact with healthcare providers in the territory. Establish and maintain relationships with industry contacts, doctors, and related stakeholders.

Coordinate Patient Services:

Handle queries related to domestic and international patient services. Coordinate services related to Air Ambulance, medical tourism trends, and related collaterals.

Ensure Seamless Patient Transport:

Coordinate end-to-end services for patient transport, including seamless travel arrangements aligned with medical tourism guidelines. Arrange remote consultations between doctors and patients as needed.

Facilitate Hospital Arrangements:

Organize necessary arrangements at hospitals for international patients and their families. Optimize patient experience by coordinating all requirements effectively.

Provide Exceptional Patient Services:

Deliver exceptional service to patients and their guardians throughout the treatment process. Demonstrate a deep understanding of medical tourism dynamics.

Manage Insurance and Financial Processes:

Handle insurance matters related to domestic and international travel accurately. Ensure financial transactions align with medical tourism industry standards.

Requirements:

Strong network within hospitals, medical tourism, and corporate sectors.

Graduate or MBA in healthcare management preferred.
