Required Qualification and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in insurance administration, particularly life insurance.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Understanding of insurance regulations.
