We are Hiring for Plant Head for our client.
Location : Hyderabad
Qualification : Bachelors degree in business, logistics, or a related field may be required.
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Working Day s: Monday to Saturday
Notice Period: 0 to 15 days
Note: Must have experience in Fire rated door manufacturing company

Operational

• Ensure that production planning is aligned with the customer needs


• Periodically review the performance of the Plants on parameters of productivity, quality and delivery


• Continuously interact with internal teams to ensure that the production lines are not stalled


• Ensure timely and amicable resolution of customer complaints


• Continually review resource utilization within the Plants and recommend changes where needed


• Plan, budget for and monitor manufacturing costs to ensure adherence to the budget

Manufacturing excellence

• Focus on building a culture of manufacturing excellence across Plants.


• Continuously benchmark for best manufacturing processes and practices in the industry, and deploy relevant manufacturing process technologies in plants

Roles Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers expectations


• Responsible for development of team members by undertaking regular performance discussion, coaching and mentoring


• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards


• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping


• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results


• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus


• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions


• Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff


• Commit to plant safety procedures


• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business, logistics, or a related field may be required.
