About the Role
As Director of Product, you will lead product strategy and execution for key merchant-
facing platforms and experiences within companys payments business. You will lead a
high-performing team of Product Managers, shaping the AI-first roadmap and delivering
solutions that are innovative, reliable, and built to scale. This role is ideal for product
leaders who thrive at the intersection of strategy, technology, and user-centric design
and want to shape the future of payments.
What Youll Do
 Define and drive a strategic product vision that aligns with business priorities, user needs, and our AI-first platform initiatives.
 Own outcomes across the product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
 Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and data-driven decision-
making.
 Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver cohesive, intelligent, and scalable solutions.
 Champion a user-centric and AI-first mindset, leveraging intelligent insights, automation, and predictive capabilities to enhance platform
experiences.
 Use data, experimentation, and analytics to guide decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve product outcomes.
 Balance speed, innovation, quality, and compliance in a complex, highly regulated environment.
 Shape processes, standards, and practices to elevate product excellence across the organization.
What Were Looking For
 12+ years of experience in Product Management, with significant experience leading teams and owning large-scale, user-facing platforms or
complex systems.
 Strong product leadership skills with a proven ability to set strategy, align stakeholders, and drive execution in high-impact environments.
 Experience building or delivering AI-powered products, intelligent platforms, or data-driven workflows is a plus.
 Background in payments, fintech, B2B platforms, or large-scale consumer products is preferred but not mandatory.
 Deep user empathy and a track record of delivering products that balance user experience, business impact, and technical feasibility.
 Strong analytical mindset and comfort using metrics, experimentation, and insights to guide product decisions.
 Excellent collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and influence senior leadership.
 Passion for shaping platforms at scale and delivering tangible, measurable impact on users, business, and operations.
