Job Description
- You will support a dynamic commercial team by advising on legal matters and collaborating with deal teams, asset managers, and attorneys across offices. Your role will involve reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of project-related contracts, including:
- Financing agreements and related amendments/consents (debt, tax equity, or equity)
- Consultant and service agreements
- Contracts supporting development, financing, construction, and operation phases of solar, wind, and storage projects
Qualifications Required:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree
