Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at Company
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships
- identifying new business opportunities
- managing the end-to-end sales cycle
- and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer success.

- Ind- CPaas, Voice AI, Chatbot
- 8-14 years experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of market analysis, sales reporting, and forecasting tools
- Should have managed BFSI segment and customer like TVS Credit, Cholamandalam, Star health,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Experience in the technology, AI, or software industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
