VP - Product Management

Role Overview
We are searching for a passionate and experienced Head of Product to lead our product
strategy and development efforts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in
shaping the next phase of our business by building a high-performance product team,
fostering a culture of innovation, ownership and accountability and ensuring our products
create a long-term competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Passion and Talent for Building Great Products: We believe great products are driven
by passionate product managers who have deep customer empathy, attention to detail
and a true sense of ownership to create market leading products. Conceptualize and
deliver market-leading products in the digital credit space
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap
that aligns with the companys strategy and long-term vision. Create and maintain a clear
product roadmap that prioritizes features, enhancements, and innovations based on
market demands and company objectives.

Team and Organization Building: Attract, incent and retain A players across multiple
roles in the product organization across core Product Mgmt, UI/UX, Analytics & Growth,
Pre-Sales & Product Support, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous
improvement.
Market & Ecosystem Engagement and Awareness: Stay at the forefront of emerging
market trends in India like Digital Public Infrastructure incl. Credit on UPI, ONDC, OCEN
etc. to inform product development and strategy. Forge partnerships with market
participants as appropriate to maintain a pulse on this landscape
Representing Flexmoney to External Stakeholders: This role will require you to be
an excellent and effective communicator and represent Flexmoney to partners, key
accounts and investors as a senior member of the leadership team
Product Success: Take full ownership of the success of the product including building
teams for Product Support and Customer Success in partnership with Sales
Pre Sales: Build and lead a team for Pre-Sales to assist our business teams in their sales
process, provide clients with a deep understanding of our offerings and how they can
benefit from our products.
Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or relevant field; an MBA or
  

equivalent qualification is a plus.

• 15+ years of experience with 8+ years of extensive experience in a product
  

leadership role with a deep product management background.

• Experience with building digital lending products and/or experience shipping B2B2C
  

products is a strong plus
