Role Overview
The job holder is responsible for the quality control on HBS products and the product testing & development (UAE, KSA, India). Involvement in material and technical troubleshooting at the customers side (UAE).

Quality control and assurance

• Responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining a quality management system based on the requirements of standards, ISO 9001, and other regulations as appropriate for HBS products within ME, India production plants.
• Performs internal quality audits and quality audits of products and services suppliers affecting HBS product quality.
• Communicates with notified bodies regarding audits and ensures their smooth running within ME, India production plants.
• Responsible for Raw Materials and Product Specifications and their Quality Controls Plans.
• Responsible for Raw Material Approved Supplier List, RMs’ quality-wise.
• Responsible for releasing Raw Materials and Final products.
• Responsible for managing and administration of the quality management system documentation (internal and external).
• Responsible for managing nonconformities and compliance within ME, India.

• Responsible for conducting training of the companys employees related to the quality management system.
  

Product testing, development and certification

• Collaborates and ensures that external product testing is carried out.
• Cooperates in the development of new products, responsible for new product testing and releasing for regular production and creates production processes for ME, India production plants.
  

Chemical

• Monitors the relevant chemical legislation in the Middle East, India and informs the company in case of changes and implements the changes within HBS processes.
• Responsible for product labels and SDSs.
• Responsible for fulfilling the legal obligations of the organization in the field of metrology and their changes.
  

Experience And Competencies
We are looking for experienced candidates with excellent communication skills and a solution focused approach.
What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a chemistry or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Result oriented.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
