Role Overview:

- We are seeking a Business Analyst - Data Strategy & Intelligence who will play a strategic role in building the data-driven decision-making framework for Husky.

- The individual will work closely with senior business stakeholders to translate organizational objectives into actionable data insights, lead the development of BI solutions, and provide recommendations that drive business performance.
- This role bridges business strategy and technology, ensuring data intelligence supports key business decisions across manufacturing, sales, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to define data-driven KPIs, performance dashboards, and strategic insights for decision-making.

- Lead the roadmap for BI solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and value creation.

- Translate complex data into business narratives and actionable insights for leadership teams.

- Conduct data analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives, sales planning, and operational efficiency.

- Oversee the design and development of executive dashboards and reports (Power BI & SQL Server).

- Act as the bridge between IT, analytics teams, and business units to ensure actionable intelligence.

- Identify gaps, trends, and business opportunities through data storytelling and predictive analysis.

- Support Master Data Management and data governance strategies to ensure high-quality decision-making data.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to enhance data-driven culture across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in business analysis, strategy consulting, or analytics with exposure to BI tools.

- Expertise in data visualization, KPI design, and performance metrics for leadership reporting.

- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Azure Data Platform, with the ability to translate technical outputs into business value.

- Experience working with ERP and operational systems in a manufacturing or sales-driven environment.

- Strong business acumen with understanding of sales, operations, and supply chain processes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Exposure to international business environments and ability to interact with senior stakeholders globally.
