Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to drive strategic sales planning, strengthen channel partnerships, and ensure smooth execution of sales, trade marketing, and brand communication initiatives.
The role involves dealer management, institutional sales, government liaison, and market development with a focus on achieving growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Develop and implement medium to long-term sales plans for dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Drive client engagement by identifying business needs, preparing proposals, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute BTL marketing activities such as Agri Melas, exhibitions, canopy setups, farmer meets, and training programs.
- Ensure effective execution of brand and product campaigns with a 360- approach.
- Build and nurture dealer networks, ensuring sell-in/sell-out performance and timely material support.


- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless coordination of sales operations and marketing activities.
- Lead trade marketing initiatives including profiling, promoter projects, and channel campaigns.
- Liaise with state and central government institutions for subsidy facilitation and institutional sales.
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections from channel partners.
- Conduct extensive market visits to gather feedback, assess competition, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Deliver training sessions and brand communication programs to channel partners and customers.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights for management decision-making.
Required Skillsets:
- Strong expertise in sales operations, dealer-based distribution models, and channel management.

- Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, including government and institutional sales.
- Experience in brand communication, trade marketing, and campaign execution.
- Excellent client engagement, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of agriculture, industrial products, outdoor power equipment, or related sectors.
- Ability to design and execute sales strategies with measurable results.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM/sales reporting tools.
- Fluent in the local language, with working proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related fields; additional training in advertising or administration is a plus
