Summary
We are seeking a passionate sales professional with expertise in the luxury segment to lead the sales and marketing plans for Park Hyatts newly opened niche product, Solenna Villas.
As associate director, you will focus on cultivating high-end partnerships, recommend growth tactics to drive incremental revenue and ultimately position Park Hyatt Dubai Villas as the most desirable luxury experience in the region.
The ideal candidate has 5 years of luxury hotel or resort sales experience, preferably with exposure to villas, residences, and high-value leisure segments. Your strong network of luxury travel advisors, UHNW clients, and top-tier agency partnerships is essential, along with a deep understanding of personalized, 5-star service delivery.

About the Company
Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport.
