Job Description

What role you will play in team: Secure new business for Hyatt hotels by building relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies. Collaborate with sales teams and marketing to achieve revenue goals.

What you will do: Identify opportunities for new business within your assigned market segment, develop proposals, and actively pursue leads to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.

Key responsibility:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate, events, and group travel segments.
  • Manage existing accounts and build strong relationships with key clients.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure bookings that optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Track sales performance against targets and report on progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and implement successful marketing campaigns.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and revenue management principles.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
