Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

What role you will play in team: You will support the financial planning and analysis function, assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for Hyatt's Indian hotels.

What you will do: Your role will involve analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and preparing insightful reports to inform management decisions.

Key responsibility:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast.
• Prepare variance analysis reports and explain deviations.
• Support the development of financial models and reporting tools.
• 
  Collaborate with hotel operations teams to gather financial information.
• Adhere to all financial policies and procedures.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience (hotel industry preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of hotel accounting principles.
