Internship - Information Technology

Step into the digital engine of luxury hospitality through an Information Technology Internship at Grand Hyatt Bali! As an IT Intern, youll gain hands-on experience supporting the hotels daily tech operations, from maintaining systems and devices to troubleshooting user issues and assisting with network and software management.
Your main mission To support distinctive guest experiences by ensuring that our technology systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. Youll assist with setting up hardware, supporting hotel systems (PMS, POS, back office), managing user access, and documenting IT processes. Youll also learn how tech plays a vital role in enhancing the guest journeyfrom behind-the-scenes support to front-end efficiency.
This internship is ideal for tech-savvy individuals who enjoy solving problems, learning new systems, and enhancing digital experiences. Youll enjoy a personalised learning journey guided by your mentor (Learning & Development Manager), coach (IT Manager or Supervisor), and buddy

(IT team member). Youll also have the opportunity to participate in employee activities, volunteering events, special projects, employee clubs, and more!

• Currently studying or recently graduated (within the past year) from a D1, D2, D3, D4, or S1 program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or a related major.
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and troubleshooting principles.
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
