Maintenance Technician, Hotel Facilities

What role you will play in team: Maintain and repair hotel facilities, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for guests and employees.

What you will do: Diagnose and fix plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other facility issues.

Key responsibility:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions using specialized tools and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
  
• Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to resolve complex issues.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC Engineering.
• 0-1 year of experience in hotel maintenance (preferred).
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to use specialized tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
