Job DetailsKey ResponsibilitiesCreation and implementation of marketing strategies across different channels to promote the Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark.Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content and collaterals.Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new marketing opportunities.Support the planning and execution of special events, including influencer collaborations, media activations, etc.Track and report marketing performance, including relevant KPIs, and recommend improvements to ensure campaign effectiveness.QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the attractions/entertainment industry at an agency or in-house.Strong understanding of social media platforms, PR, content writing, content creation, advertising, and all other areas related to brand building and positioning.Excellent communication, project management and analytical skills.Creativity, attention to detail, initiative-taker.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Company DescriptionHyatt is guided by its purpose: to care for people so they can be their best.
