Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will support the accounts receivable team by processing customer payments and maintaining accurate records.
What you will do: You will process invoices, post payments, and handle customer inquiries related to billing.
Key responsibility:
- Process customer payments (checks, credit cards, etc.)
- Post payments to customer accounts
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Resolve customer billing inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
Required Qualification and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good customer service skills
