Accounts Receivable Clerk

What role you will play in team: You'll be part of the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all incoming payments.

What you will do: You will handle daily tasks involved in receiving payments, updating records and resolving discrepancies.

Key responsibility:

• Process incoming payments.
• Update accounts receivable records.
• Resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and send invoices to customers.
  
• Maintain accurate records.
• Reconcile accounts.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of experience in accounts receivable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
