Job Description
- Role Overview:
As the Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Regency Pune, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your main focus will be on meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division and implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently run the Human Resources Division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards
- Meet employee, guest, and owner expectations
- Implement Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel
- Solve problems effectively
- Manage administrative tasks
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
Qualifications Required:
- University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management

- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Director of HR or HR Manager in a larger operation
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
