The Center of Expertise (CoE) of Customer Success & Delivery Services of SAP provides expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our Max Attention & Active Attention customers.

Location: Gurgaon/Pune

What youll do

• As a COE Consultant, you will support our global customers transform SAP solutions to SAP S4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP BDC, adopt Business AI, Joule and implement latest SAP innovations & AI/ML capabilities.
• You will need to present the results of your assessment findings and recommendations to customer IT and executive management.
• You have the chance to design, size, optimize & transform complex SAP landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses, to Intelligent ERP on-prem or to RISE with SAP or GROW with SAP.
• Your area of responsibility will extend to AI, BTP, Technical architecture, capacity planning, deep technical root cause analysis and introduction of best practices for design, build, deployment and run phases.
• You can grow fast becoming an expert on new technologies, troubleshooting, root cause analysis & optimization secrets.

• Youve to be a good team player as we work as a global team across the globally distributed COEs and Mission Control Centres. You also need the ability to drill down into technical issues and resolve complex problems across SAP products including SAP SaaS & PaaS solutions.
• As our customers are globally present so a fluency in English is needed and limited travel of course, is part of the role subject to prevailing situations.

What youll bring:

• 3-6 years of experience in the areas of designing & implementing AI/ML models, SAP system upgrades, S/4H conversions, OS/DB migration, RISE migrations, BTP & managing operations of large SAP Landscapes.
• Leverage Generative AI and Machine Learning capabilities - Integrating AI/ML solutions (e.g., predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, automation etc) with SAP Basis tasks and SAP BTP services (like SAP AI Core & Generative AI Hub) to enhance system performance, security, and operational efficiency.
• Practical exposure to Python & data science tools.
• Cloud & BTP Adoption - Deploy and manage SAP environments on Hyperscale (Azure, AWS, GCP) and leverage SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services, specifically SAP AI Core/Launchpad, to build and consume AI/ML models integrated with SAP applications.
• Any AI/ML SAP or 3rd party Certification would be added advantage.
• Familiar with SUM-DMO optimization techniques. Youve done system monitoring, troubleshooting of performance issues, backup, restore & recovery and HANA replication.
• Good if you have done SAP IAS/SSO setup, Tricentis, Workzone, AD integration, Web Dispatcher setup, SAP cloud connector integration etc.
• Experience in SAP landscape design, system sizing, roadmap & migration planning to S4HANA, SAP BTP, data volume management, UI and Fiori.
