Job Description
- Plan, organize, and control all production activities for PET Preforms, HDPE Closures, and Blown Film lines.
- Ensure optimal utilization of machines, manpower, materials, and energy to achieve set production targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production performance and implement corrective measures for deviations.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams for seamless operations.Role & responsibilities

- Review production schedules based on Captive consumption forecasts and customer orders.
- Optimize machine loading and changeover to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, masterbatches, and packaging materials through coordination with Supply Chain.
