Product Team This opportunity is with Angaras product team which comprises product managers, UX designers, researchers and analysts. It is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are looking to level up and create a massive impact by owning a larger chunk of the product. Key Responsibilities Custodian of product roadmap involving creation, maintenance and implementation. Define success metrics, enable teams to take data backed decisions, and move independently with minimal supervision. Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis in order to identify problematic and improvement opportunities. Aggressively run AB tests in order to bring about incremental improvements. Present verticals product performance, impact and plans to management and other departments. Closely collaborate with stakeholders and not limit to the engineering teams to ensure high quality product development. Qualifications and Requirements Must have Bachelors in Engineering or MBA. 3-5 years of experience in Product Management. Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills. Problem solving attitude with the ability to keep scale in mind. Experience in stakeholder management, prioritization, identifying trade-offs, and shipping successful products. Good to have Software development or product analyst background. Experience of conducting AB tests.
