About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Manager to join our Forex business in Dubai. This role will play a key part in driving performance across multiple departments, including Sales, IBs, Operations, and Retention. The Performance Manager will oversee team performance, analyse operational metrics, implement performance improvement strategies, and conduct impactful training sessions. The role also includes supporting budget and resource planning, strengthening communication across teams, and tracking performance outcomes to improve operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

Performance Management

• Monitor and assess performance across Sales, IBs, Operations, Retention, and related business functions.
• Analyse performance metrics, operational outcomes, team activity, and productivity trends.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across teams and processes.
  
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans aligned with business objectives.

Training & Team Enablement

• Conduct training sessions to improve team capability, consistency, and performance outcomes.
• Work closely with managers and team members to drive alignment around KPIs and expectations.
• Support teams in understanding performance targets and improving day-to-day execution.
• Influence and motivate teams towards achieving departmental and organisational goals. Reporting,

Budgets & Resource Planning

• Track, report, and present performance results to support operational decision-making.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Support budget monitoring, resource allocation, and planning activities.
• Provide practical recommendations to improve efficiency and performance across the business.

What We Are Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in Forex, Financial Services, Sales Operations, or Performance-related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance metrics and operational outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and drive alignment.
• Proven exposure to performance management and training initiatives.- Basic understanding of budgeting and resource planning.
• Ability to lead, influence, and motivate teams towards achieving performance goals.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

• Understanding of the Forex, IB, or trading business model is a plus.
• Experience within the financial services or trading industry is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Retention, and senior stakeholders.
