Job Description
- The US Banking Blended Process is currently hiring for a voice and chat process. We are looking for individuals who are graduates or undergraduates with at least 1 year of experience in international BPOs and possess outstanding communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 5-day work week including rotational shifts and offs. Please note that there is no cab facility provided.
Benefits offered for this position include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The working schedule for this role is during the day with fixed shifts. Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
