Job Description
- As a Retail Sales Consultant at our boutique store in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in offering personalized recommendations, building genuine relationships, and creating exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. Your consultative sales approach will require empathy, strong product knowledge, and a focus on customer connection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers in selecting jewellery pieces such as engagement rings and fashion wear
- Offer a warm and consultative sales experience to every customer
- Maintain a strong product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and custom options
- Capture customer details and preferences using CRM tools
- Ensure the store is clean, well-displayed, and always guest-ready
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales goals
Qualifications Required:
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

- Demonstrated consultative selling skills with a genuine interest in customer stories and style
- Passion for aesthetics, fashion, or design
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using POS systems, CRM tools, and tablets

Please note that the work schedule is full-time with a 6-day workweek on a day shift basis.
