Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage attendance records and ensure accurate calculation.
- Handle payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Coordinate employee transport and cab management.
- Oversee administration activities, including canteen management.
- Manage stationery and HR-related material procurement, including preparing purchase orders.
- Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, joining formalities, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with vendors for HR and administrative requirements.
Preferred candidate profile

- MBA in Human Resources from a reputed university.
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR operations/administration.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to or knowledge of Korean work culture will be an added advantage.
