Roles & Responsibilities:
As a part of the team at Hyve, your responsibilities will include managing the complete recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding. You will be tasked with conducting interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications, and ensuring a fit with both job requirements and the organizational culture. Utilizing diverse recruitment channels, you will strive to attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates. In addition, you will handle various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and coordinating office activities. Managing office supplies and equipment to ensure availability and functionality will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions, support employee onboarding and orientation processes, and engage in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture. Addressing employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits, while collaborating with the HR team to facilitate effective communication and employee relations within the organization, are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, you will be responsible for ESIC & PF filing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
