Job Description
- As a Project Executive at I MedSource, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of project operations, client servicing, content management, and digital marketing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with internal teams and experts to facilitate in-house content creation.
- Managing social media handles to ensure timely posting and maintain brand consistency.
- Assisting in developing and implementing social media calendars, campaigns, and paid marketing initiatives.
- Maintaining project trackers, records, and documentation for ongoing initiatives.
- Supporting end-to-end execution of projects to ensure timely deliverables.
- Managing vendors and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication.
- Supporting client presentations, reporting, and feedback incorporation.
- Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with professionalism and clarity.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, Communications, Management preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets for trackers).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, it would be beneficial to have knowledge of paid ads, SEO, or digital marketing tools, as well as prior internship/experience in project coordination, social media management, or client servicing.
