Role Overview

Were looking for highly driven, strategic Senior Product Managers to work closely with the Office of the CTO and senior leadership. This role requires a strong blend of technology understanding, product thinking, and user-centric design, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of product development and execution, from concept to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end product ownership, including ideation, development, deployment, and scaling of products.
• Understand and translate user requirements into effective product solutions with a focus on scalability and user experience.
• Analyze and optimize product journeys using product analytics and user behavior insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, analytics, and leadership.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis and stay updated with industry trends to ensure product relevance and competitiveness.
• Identify potential product failure points and proactively mitigate risks.
• Lead AI-driven product initiatives, including design flows, testing, and research documentation.
• Work closely with the CTO and top leadership to align product strategies with organizational goals.
• Develop and deliver compelling product pitches to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ensure continuous optimization of processes and product performance.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong understanding of technology, data systems, and product development lifecycle, including system architecture, DevOps, development, cloud infrastructure, testing, and deployment.
• Proven experience in building and managing AI-based products, SaaS platforms, or complex analytics-driven solutions.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design fundamentals, usability, and product effectiveness.
• Expertise in user journey mapping and product analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
