Job Description

You will be joining a leading B2B platform that is revolutionizing how businesses discover, connect, and transact, similar to industry pioneers like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Udaan, and Alibaba. The company empowers millions of SMEs, traders, and enterprises with smart technology and seamless digital commerce tools.
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role at the intersection of business and technology, focusing on building scalable, user-centric B2B products. Your key responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, developing a deep understanding of B2B buyers and sellers, prioritizing product features using a data-driven approach, collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely delivery, launching new features, monitoring product KPIs, driving automation initiatives, and collaborating with marketing and sales for effective product launches.

To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields (MBA is a plus), along with 5+ years of product management experience in B2B, marketplace, or SaaS environments. You should possess a strong understanding of B2B buyer/seller behavior, wholesale trade dynamics, and digital commerce platforms, as well as demonstrated success in launching and scaling tech products. Experience with analytics tools and Agile development tools, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder management skills are also required.
