Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI / Python Developer to design and build multi-agent, LLM-powered workflows using Python and AWS.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience with agentic AI, LangChain/LangGraph, AWS AI services, RAG, vector databases, and production deployment of AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI workflows involving planning, reasoning, tool use, and orchestration.
• Develop LLM-powered applications and multi-agent systems using Python.
• Implement AI pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, and AWS AI services.

• Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and vector stores.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search.
• Optimize prompts, memory, orchestration, and inference performance.
• Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and harden AI services on AWS.
• Establish development standards and best practices for agentic AI applications.
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams and mentor other developers.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of software or AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI / multi-agent systems.
• Strong experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
• Experience with AWS AI services, including Amazon Bedrock.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and vector search.
• Experience deploying AI services into production environments.
• Strong understanding of LLM application architecture and orchestration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with insurance or underwriting platforms.
• Experience with AWS AgentCore or related agentic AI services.
• AWS certification.
• Experience with MLOps / LLMOps.
• Experience optimizing production AI workloads.
