Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Mumbai. The role goes beyond traditional sales it requires someone with initiative, who can independently manage outreach, build customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities across international markets. Day-to-day tasks include email outreach, cold calling, lead generation, and managing follow-ups across different time zones. Youll have access to our internal customer masters, databases, lead generation software and all tools needed to support your success.

This role offers a high degree of autonomy and expects a hands-on approach in discovering new leads, researching global demand, and actively engaging with potential buyers. We are also expanding into new product verticals, and the right candidate will be expected to contribute to this growth through targeted outreach and market exploration.

Qualifications

ENGLISH as a first language

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales or business development experience

Comfort with cold calling and email outreach to international customers

Self-driven with the ability to research markets and identify new business opportunities

No prior knowledge about paper or packaging is required

Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field
