Job Description
- As the HR Manager for our hotel in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that are in line with industry standards and cater to the smooth operation of the hotel. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for all hotel staff, ensuring that we have a competent and well-prepared team.
Employee relations will be under your purview, where you will address complaints, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture among the staff. Managing compensation, benefits, and incentive programs will also be part of your role to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, work permits, and visa requirements for our staff is vital, and you will take the lead in this area. Moreover, you will spearhead initiatives related to workplace harassment prevention and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the workforce.
Collaboration with department heads to optimize workforce planning and staffing levels is essential for the efficient functioning of the hotel. You will also conduct performance evaluations, offer guidance on employee development, and manage the HR budget and related financial aspects.

Representing employee interests in managerial meetings and effectively communicating key information from upper management to the staff will be critical in maintaining transparent and productive working relationships.
