Job Description
- You will be responsible for managing and processing room reservations for guests at IBFW Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai - Vile parle. Your main tasks will include responding to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate information about room availability, rates, and hotel facilities, and confirming, modifying, or canceling bookings according to guest requests. It is crucial to collaborate effectively with the front office and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and meet special requests. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date records of all reservations, cancellations, and modifications and provide excellent customer service by addressing guest queries and resolving issues promptly.
Furthermore, generating daily and periodic reservation reports for management review, upselling hotel services and facilities to maximize revenue, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the reservation process will be part of your responsibilities. Staying informed about hotel promotions, packages, and local attractions to assist guests effectively is also essential. This role offers you the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of IBFW Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. while providing exceptional service to guests and maximizing revenue through effective reservation management.
