Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking candidates with strong background in applications of Natural Language Processing – Question Answering, Information Retrieval, Dialog Modeling, Language Generation. Ability to learn quickly and work with a global team in an agile fashion are desirable traits.

• Work with the Dialog Platforms team to develop and drive a high-impact research agenda and engineering plan.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams from research and software divisions to develop and test out new ideas.
• Develop novel theoretical and practical insights.
• Develop research agenda to generate new ideas, technical papers, and patent applications.
  

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+ Years’ Experience in using ML implementations using open-source cloud technologies – Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• Experience in using machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras for applications in NLP
• Proven ability to develop new ideas and experience of publishing papers on top-ranked AI/ML conference venues
• Proven Communication Skills
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Experience in Machine Learning, Data and Text Mining, Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval, Information Extraction
• Agile software development across technologies and languages. Work with a combination of open source and commercial/proprietary technologies
