Job Description
- As a Team Lead at ICE, the leading cloud-based platform provider for the mortgage finance industry, your role involves interfacing with the teams to understand solution functionality and technical requirements. You will lead a team of 10-15 Data and Document associates, overseeing their activities and optimizing performance on a daily basis. Your responsibilities include acting as an escalation point for the team, managing team, performance, and production processes, and mentoring team members in all aspects of their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 10-15 Data and Document associates.
- Oversee team activities and optimize their performance daily.
- Act as an escalation point for the team to overcome any obstacles.
- Mentor and assist team members in their roles and job functions.
- Proficiency in identifying Mortgage documents and/or data for re-verification.
- Provide ideas for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Engage management to overcome obstacles to service delivery.
- Ensure data security is maintained.
- Ability to train and mentor document associates.
- Manage workflow inconsistencies between associates, teams, or shifts.
- Plan and monitor the status of various testing phases.
- Manage associate level observation and data capture projects.
- Manage training and development projects.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent.
- 5+ years of overall experience with 2 or more years in Team handling/management in mortgage lending or financial services.
- Proficiency in mortgage document terminology.

- Ability to effectively communicate project information through written and verbal communication.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in using keyboard shortcuts.
- People Management.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Microsoft Windows.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
