Locations: Hyderabad, Port Blair, Jaipur, Guwahati

Duration of contract:15 months(to be extended asrequired)

Role purpose:Support rooftop solar implementation by managing beneficiary/vendor coordination,maintainingaccurateMIS, tracking applications through approvals to commissioning, and supporting DISCOM execution and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with beneficiaries andempanelledvendors to progress applications, schedule site activities, and resolve day-to-day issues.

• Maintain MIS and trackers (pipeline stages, pendency reasons, turnaround times, vendor performance, grievances) with strong data discipline.

• Follow up with DISCOM teams for feasibility, inspection, commissioning documentation, and net-metering steps track to closure.

• Prepare weekly/monthly status notes and inputs for dashboards and reports flag bottlenecks and proposed actions.

• Support field verifications/site visits whenrequired ensure documentation completeness and basic quality checks.

• Supporttrainings/meetings: agendas, minutes, and action trackers.

Minimum experience:5 years in RE/power sector implementation hands-on experience with beneficiary/vendor workflows and MIS strong project management and coordination skills.

Education (preferred):BachelorsandMastersin Engineering/Science/Managementor related discipline renewable energy exposure preferred.
