What role you will play in team: You will work collaboratively with a team of consultants to provide strategic guidance and operational support to our clients.

What you will do: Conduct assessments, develop recommendations, and support implementation of operational improvements.

Key responsibility:

• Developing and implementing operational improvement plans.
• Providing strategic guidance to clients on operational matters.
• Supporting the development of business cases and proposals.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and implementation.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies.
