About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in recruiting Sales profiles and should have previously worked with an HR consultancy/recruitment firm. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, sales training, and employee retention strategies to ensure timely closures and sustainable workforce growth.

Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and other business profiles.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple platforms

- Coordinate with management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

- Conduct sales training sessions for new hires and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Implement employee retention strategies, addressing engagement and performance challenges.

- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers for smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales hiring (mandatory).

- Prior experience working with an HR consultancy or recruitment firm (mandatory).

- Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills.

- Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities.

- Experience in sales training and retention management will be an added advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.
